Digital Marketing Intern — Evernaro (Remote)

Evernaro is Eversity Tech's AI front-desk platform for clinics and dental practices, starting in Pune. It brings WhatsApp, Email, Telegram and Instagram messages into one inbox, drafts replies with AI, manages appointments and sends automatic reminders.

We're looking for a remote marketing intern for 4 months to support our field sales team: find clinics to approach, create content that builds trust, and keep our sales pipeline organized. You'll work directly with the founder and see your work turn into real customers.

Pay: - Paid interns: ₹4,000/month stipend - Plus ₹1,000 extra for every paying client that comes from your leads or outreach, on top of the ₹4,000 stipend (unpaid interns also get the ₹1,000 per client) - Paid positions are limited. If they fill up, you can still join as an unpaid intern to learn and explore, with the same training, mentoring, certificate and commission

• Build and maintain a lead list of Pune clinics and dental practices (100 in Month 1)
• Create 3 social media posts per week for Evernaro (LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Write outreach messages, demo scripts and one-page brochures for the field team
• Produce 1 case study or explainer per month
• Run LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach to clinic owners and book demos for the field team
• Keep the shared sales tracking sheet up to date and share a short daily update

• Good written English; Marathi or Hindi is a plus
• Comfortable with Canva (or similar) and social media
• Organized, with basic Google Sheets skills
• Reliable and able to report progress daily
• Freshers welcome — share any content, designs or pages you've made

How it works: - Offer letter and NDA before starting - Missed weekly targets get a feedback call and a 2-week support plan; missed month-end targets move you to commission only for the next month; 7 days without updates (without a reason) ends the internship - Anything you have already earned is always paid - Certificate and recommendation letter on completion
